Legal Terms & Conditions – Naba Cosmetics
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2 to 8 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking updates may not be immediately available, especially during weekends or holidays.
Shipping Costs:
- Standard Shipping (3-8 business days) is $6.99.
- We offer free shipping on orders over $35 USD.
If an order is returned by the shipping provider, the customer is responsible for the reshipping costs.
Shipping Issues:
If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as a lost or delayed package, please contact the shipping provider or reach out to us immediately at info@nabacosmetics.us. We will assist you before the shipment is returned to avoid additional charges.
Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@nabacosmetics.us within 14 days with a photo of the product and your order number for resolution.
Cancellations:
Once an order has been submitted and processing has begun, it cannot be canceled. If you have any concerns, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nabacosmetics.us.
All sales at Naba Cosmetics are final due to the nature of our products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on makeup items.
