All Sales are Final:
All sales on Naba Cosmetics are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns, so please ensure that your order is correct before completing your purchase.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2 to 8 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking updates may not be immediately available, especially during weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard Shipping (3-8 business days) is $6.99.
  • We offer free shipping on orders over $35 USD.
    If an order is returned by the shipping provider, the customer is responsible for the reshipping costs.

Shipping Issues:
If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as a lost or delayed package, please contact the shipping provider or reach out to us immediately at info@nabacosmetics.us. We will assist you before the shipment is returned to avoid additional charges.

Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@nabacosmetics.us with a photo of the product and your order number for resolution.

Cancellations:
